About the role

The Security and Prevention Agent ensures the safety of guests, employees, and assets at the Algiers Marriott Hotel. Working full‑time on‑site, you will patrol the property, monitor security systems, and respond swiftly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the hotel and lock entrances when required.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire‑life‑safety systems.
• Conduct daily hazard inspections and respond to accidents, providing first aid/CPR or contacting EMS.
• Assist guests and staff during emergencies, defuse disturbances, and escort unwelcome persons.
• Prepare detailed incident reports, loss‑prevention shift summaries, and investigation documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security reports and protect proprietary information.

Required profile

• Physical stamina to stand, walk or run for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
• Clear, professional communication skills in French and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow company policies.
