Arabic Language Expert - Remote

About the role

We are looking for a native‑level Arabic linguist to support the development of high‑quality bilingual training data for AI models. Working remotely, you will review AI‑generated Arabic and English responses, create new prompts, and provide detailed feedback that improves model accuracy, logic, and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and edit AI‑generated Arabic and English answers, ensuring correctness, clarity, and adherence to prompts.
• Create bilingual training content, including detailed prompts and model solutions across a range of topics.
• Evaluate, rank, and compare multiple AI responses based on reasoning quality and factual accuracy.
• Fact‑check information using reputable sources and write clear explanations of correct methods.
• Identify methodological errors, reasoning gaps, and bias in model outputs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Native or near‑native proficiency in Modern Standard Arabic and at least one major dialect (Egyptian preferred).
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (reading and writing).
• 3+ years of professional experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to apply detailed rubrics consistently, and solid fact‑checking habits.
• Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
• Prior experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows is strongly preferred.
