Assistant Manager – HRO Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead transformation initiatives within our HR Outsourcing (HRO) programmes. The role will oversee the full lifecycle from transition through stabilization to optimisation, ensuring that HR processes deliver greater efficiency and value for the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end transformation projects across HRO programmes, covering transition, stabilisation and optimisation phases.
• Analyse current Hire‑to‑Retire processes and pinpoint opportunities for standardisation, automation and efficiency gains.
• Design and implement Target Operating Models (TOM) that align with client and business objectives.
• Drive process re‑engineering using Lean, Six Sigma and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Manage transitions and migrations, including knowledge transfer, documentation and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, data‑privacy regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HRO, HR transformation or shared‑services environments.
• Hands‑on experience with process‑improvement methodologies, preferably Lean or Six Sigma.
• Experience delivering HRIS implementations or migrations.
• Strong project‑management capabilities (Agile, Waterfall or hybrid).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to operate across global or multi‑country HR operations.
