Associate Transaction Services

About the role

Interpath is expanding its Transaction Services team in Algiers and is looking for an ambitious Associate to support high‑quality advisory projects for private equity firms and corporates. You will work closely with senior professionals across the full deal lifecycle, gaining experience in both buy‑side and sell‑side engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of transaction services engagements, including preparation of buy‑side and sell‑side financial due diligence reports.
• Conduct historical performance analysis to assess client financial standing.
• Evaluate quality of earnings and identify one‑off income or costs.
• Assist with net working capital analyses and balance‑sheet reviews to identify debt‑like items.
• Help assess target forecasts and potential financial risks.
• Participate in client and target management meetings, supporting day‑to‑day FDD execution.
• Contribute to business development activities such as market research and proposal preparation.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in accounting, finance, economics or a related discipline.
• Internship or work experience in audit, transaction services, M&A, private equity or a related deals environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
