Community Manager (Automotive Tech)

About the role

HB Tronics is seeking a proactive Community Manager to lead and nurture an online community of automotive enthusiasts and professionals. Based in Algiers, you will work on‑site to strengthen engagement across forums, social media channels, and digital events.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and moderate online forums and social media platforms dedicated to automotive diagnostics, programming, and ECU tuning.
• Create and publish engaging content such as posts, articles, and multimedia updates.
• Respond promptly to community inquiries, fostering a supportive and interactive environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute workshops, webinars, and other community events.
• Monitor community metrics using analytics tools and report on engagement performance.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with an empathetic, collaborative approach.
• Experience in managing online communities or social media platforms.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry, especially diagnostics, programming, and ECU tuning, is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to organize events and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
