Customer Success Executive – Entry Level

About the role

This entry‑level Customer Success Executive role blends data analysis with client consulting, helping leading global companies uncover insights from retail audit data. You will translate scatter‑plot stories into actionable recommendations for FMCG partners in Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of NIQ retail FMCG partners in Algeria.
• Become an expert on the Discover platform and guide clients on its use.
• Analyse and interpret retail audit data, delivering actionable presentations across FMCG categories.
• Provide daily client interface for data delivery, analysis, and request handling.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure project completion (panel & ad‑hoc).
• Communicate clearly and professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain client satisfaction by managing expectations, resources, and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, communication or equivalent.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Business French.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• 1‑2 years of experience in consumer/trade marketing, analytics, insights or market research (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Interest in consumer marketing, statistics, research techniques and experimental design.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
