Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote – Algeria)

About the role

Virtual IP, a USA‑based company, is building its marketing function from scratch and seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to own day‑to‑day activities, support brand growth, and manage its social media presence. This remote position is open to candidates based in Algeria who can work independently and help shape a new marketing department.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Virtual IP’s social media presence on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar for social media and digital campaigns.
• Write, schedule and publish engaging posts, captions and marketing content.
• Plan and execute paid and organic digital marketing activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular reports and provide insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand services, target audiences and campaign goals.
• Support website, landing page, SEO, email marketing and content marketing activities as needed.
• Research competitors, industry trends and audience behavior to improve results.
• Help build marketing processes, templates, workflows and reporting systems from scratch.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing or a similar role.
• Strong written English communication skills and ability to create clear, engaging marketing content.
• Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to track performance and suggest improvements.
