Digital Service Operation Assistant

About the role

The Digital Service Operation Assistant supports the daily operation of digital services, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with internal standards. You will work closely with commercial and risk teams to manage client onboarding and service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination of digital service processes and client interactions.
• Monitor and update operational dashboards, ensuring data accuracy.
• Support KYC verification and basic risk‑management tasks as needed.
• Handle routine administrative tasks and prioritize incoming requests.
• Adapt quickly to changes in digital tools and platforms.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) or higher, preferably in commerce, management or related fields.
• 1‑2 years of professional experience in assistance, commercial support or similar roles.
• Strong sense of rigor, organization and ability to manage priorities.
• Capacity to work under pressure and maintain a steady work pace.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of KYC processes (a plus).
• Familiarity with risk‑management concepts (a plus).
