HR Operations Specialist

About the role

The HR Operations Specialist will coordinate and execute payroll‑related processes, ensuring compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations, and local labor laws. You will support continuous improvement initiatives and help maintain accurate employee data across HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process full payroll cycles, including calculations, quality checks, banking, and reporting.
• Administer taxation, social security, and benefits for all employees.
• Maintain payroll data, salaries, taxes, and fringe allowances in SAP.
• Handle employee, HR, and business inquiries related to payroll and HR operations.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate and governmental requirements.
• Facilitate daily employee lifecycle activities, from onboarding to off‑boarding.
• Prepare employment documents such as contracts, amendments, and employee letters.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and HR Systems teams on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a multinational, preferably FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of local labor law and payroll regulations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; French and Arabic are also required.
