IT/Data Analyst Intern

About the role

Smollan is seeking a motivated IT/Data Analyst Intern to join its team in Algeria. This full‑time internship offers hands‑on experience with large data sets, reporting tools, and basic programming tasks while supporting various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyse data using Excel and PowerBI.
• Prepare analytical reports and visualisations for internal stakeholders.
• Support UI‑related tasks and assist in the development of simple automation scripts.
• Conduct research to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure data accuracy and relevance.

Required profile

• Completed university degree (or final year) in a relevant field.
• Full‑time availability for the internship period.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work under pressure, follow instructions, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with good report‑writing capabilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with PowerBI for data visualisation.
• Basic programming knowledge (Python, VBA, or similar).
• Familiarity with UI concepts or tools.
