Local Quality Executive – Algeria

About the role

The Local Quality Executive will support and strengthen the Quality Management System at our Boumerdes site, ensuring compliance with GSK standards, GMP and local regulations. Working closely with operations, supply partners and the LOC Quality Manager, you will help drive quality improvements across the manufacturing network.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and monitor LOC quality objectives and the quality improvement plan.
• Track, trend and report quality KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain and enhance the local Quality Management System to meet GSK, GMP and local regulatory requirements.
• Support in‑market batch transfers and related activities.
• Lead investigations, root‑cause analysis and CAPA for deviations, complaints and audit findings.
• Conduct self‑inspections and vendor assessments for third‑party contractors and service providers.
• Assess quality impact of planned changes and manage change‑control activities.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in pharmacy, life sciences or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in quality assurance, quality control or regulated operations within the life‑science or pharmaceutical sector.
• Practical knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Experience with investigations, CAPA processes and root‑cause analysis.
• Experience working with third‑party contractors, suppliers or distribution operations.
