Manufacturing Professional - Operation Management

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Industrial and Energy Technology team as a Manufacturing Professional focused on Operations Management. You will lead daily manufacturing activities across a global footprint, ensuring production targets are met safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily manufacturing operations to achieve production goals.
• Manage a multi‑skilled workforce including welders, blasters, operators, and technicians.
• Coordinate manpower allocation, workload balancing, and resource planning.
• Monitor production performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and operational standards.
• Promote a strong safety culture and enforce HSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven experience in a supervisory, team‑lead, or operations‑management role.
• Experience in gas turbine, energy, power generation, heavy manufacturing or industrial services is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, reporting and documentation abilities.
