Motion Graphics Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer to transform ideas into engaging animations and visual effects that elevate our video productions and digital campaigns. You will work closely with video editors and the broader creative team to deliver high‑quality motion assets that align with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, videos, and other content.
• Animate logos, infographics, transitions, and visual elements.
• Add visual effects and motion layers to videos in collaboration with editors.
• Create reusable motion‑graphics templates to improve workflow efficiency.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for new campaigns.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI‑powered creative tools.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the motion‑design team, ensuring high standards across all deliverables.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects (mandatory).
• Strong visual sense with solid understanding of timing, pacing, and motion principles.
• Proven portfolio showcasing a variety of motion‑graphics and animation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Leadership experience in managing and developing creative teams.

Required skills
