Opérateur Process

About the role

The Process Operator will support the preparation of inputs for finished‑product manufacturing, ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and health‑safety regulations. This full‑time, onsite position is based in Daïra Cheraga, Alger.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare production materials according to the schedule and specific instructions.
• Execute production tasks to meet ordered objectives while minimizing cost.
• Supply the production line with raw materials and small tools.
• Perform cleaning, disinfection, and routine maintenance of equipment and production tools.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
• Document traceability of production operations in batch records, cleaning logs, log books, and related forms.
• Enter raw material usage and production output into the computer system for stock tracking.
• Report any deviations in processes or controls.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors within the scope of competence.

Required profile

• Master’s level education (M2, Engineering, Bac+5) in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Quality Control, or Process Engineering.
• 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical production environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and organization.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
