Personal Banking Officer

About the role

We are looking for a Personal Banking Officer to join the Marina Chavón branch. The role focuses on serving mid‑market personal banking clients, achieving sales targets and delivering high‑quality advice and service.

Key responsibilities

• Promote a customer‑centric culture and deepen client relationships.
• Meet weekly, monthly and annual sales targets across all product categories.
• Identify client financial needs and provide solutions using the Sales Conversation Roadmap.
• Transfer assets from other institutions using Total View and Get More tools.
• Track opportunities and sales activities in CRM systems (Sales Platform, Counselor).
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product features, pricing policies and regulations.
• Participate in coaching sessions, sales meetings and daily huddles.
• Support client acquisition and retention through referrals and promotional initiatives.
• Refer affluent clients to Premium Banking and other business lines.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with ability to build trust.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Good understanding of banking products and regulatory environment.
• Effective time‑management and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Sales Platform, Counselor).
