Product Owner – FinTech Digital Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our FinTech team in Bir Mourad Rais. You will drive the definition and prioritisation of product features for our all‑in‑one mobile application, ensuring the solution meets business goals and customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product backlog, translating business needs into clear user stories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including engineering, design and compliance to shape product road‑maps.
• Analyse user data, market trends and performance metrics to inform prioritisation.
• Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality digital solutions.
• Communicate product vision and progress to stakeholders and customers.

Required profile

• Strong product management and business analysis capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in FinTech or digital products is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development workflows.
