Sales Representative – Ain Témouchent

About the role

Yassir, the leading super‑app in the Maghreb, is expanding its portfolio of on‑demand and financial services. We are looking for a Sales Representative to grow our customer base in Ain Témouchent, promote our solutions, and help shape the company’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Promote Yassir’s ride‑hailing, delivery and emerging financial services to increase brand awareness.
• Develop and manage a portfolio of prospects, analysing their needs and proposing suitable solutions.
• Onboard new customers, provide training on the application, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Prepare sales proposals in line with company policy and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Monitor invoicing, ensure timely payment, and collaborate with the back‑office to collect unpaid invoices.

Required profile

• Diploma or training in commerce, marketing or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role.
• Strong knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Problem‑solving and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high sense of confidentiality and integrity.
