Senior B2B Marketing Manager – Algeria

About the role

Easyfairs, a leading global trade‑show organiser, is looking for a senior B2B Marketing Manager to lead the marketing function for its Algerian portfolio of seven flagship exhibitions. Based in Algiers, you will shape and execute the marketing strategy that drives visitor and exhibitor attendance, brand consistency and revenue growth across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all seven Algerian trade shows.
• Lead, coach and expand a team of event‑marketing coordinators, establishing clear structures and performance standards.
• Design and launch integrated multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid social, SEO/SEA, partnerships, PR, content) tailored to each industry audience.
• Optimise lead‑generation funnels to maximise exhibitor sales and visitor registrations.
• Manage budgets, planning and project delivery across parallel campaigns with 12‑24 month cycles.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, acting as the liaison between event teams and senior management.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse data and provide actionable recommendations to improve marketing processes and tools.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the events, exhibitions or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop marketing teams in a multi‑sector environment.
• Strong track record of delivering measurable results in visitor and exhibitor acquisition.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
