Techno Commercial Manager RAN EMEA

About the role

We are looking for a Techno Commercial Manager to lead RAN (Radio Access Network) strategy across EMEA’s most competitive telecom markets. You will blend deep technical knowledge with commercial acumen to shape offers, guide pricing, and drive profitable growth while acting as a trusted advisor to the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute RAN techno‑commercial strategy for prioritized EMEA engagements, including benchmarking and new product introductions.
• Translate RAN technology advances into ROI/TCO narratives and commercial structures with risk‑mitigation options.
• Support Strategy‑to‑Win and country strategies ahead of RFQs, influencing customer engagement.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Contract Management and Sales to deliver data‑driven, value‑based pricing and margin‑smart incentives.
• Shape negotiation tactics with Commercial Management and Technical Presales, representing techno‑commercial logic to CTO/CPO/CFO stakeholders.
• Industrialise reusable assets such as value arguments, commercial models, and T&C frameworks.
• Drive pricing excellence activities, calibrating prices across markets and analysing commercial targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in commercial or techno‑commercial roles within the RAN domain, handling complex telecom/ICT deals.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable engaging with senior technical and financial leaders.
• Fact‑based problem‑solver with a challenger mindset, able to thrive under pressure.

Required skills

• RAN technology knowledge: 2G‑5G, Massive MIMO, software licensing, Cloud RAN, Open RAN.
• Exposure to Core, Cloud, Transport, OSS/BSS.
• Commercial modelling, TCO/ROI analysis, value‑based pricing.
