Treasury Supervisor

About the role

The Treasury Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cash management, financing reporting, and insurance activities to ensure optimal liquidity and compliance. This role works closely with finance teams to provide accurate treasury data for month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash positions and maintain optimal liquidity.
• Prepare financing reports, track limits and utilization, and produce quarterly cash‑flow forecasts.
• Execute payments and fund transfers through the Treasury Management System (TMS) in a timely manner.
• Supervise banking contracts, facilities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Prepare and review monthly treasury reports covering receivables, liquidity, inventory, accounts payable, and debt schedules.
• Assess insurance needs, manage policy renewals, and oversee insurance claim settlements.
• Support internal and external audit processes and maintain legal and regulatory compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant experience preferred in the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or banking sectors.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Treasury Management System (TMS).
