Academy Kit Assistant (PDP) – Casual

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Academy Kit Assistant on a casual basis to support our Player Development Programme (PDP) team. You will ensure that players and staff have the right kit and equipment for training sessions, matches and other club activities.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute kit daily to U17‑U21 players, guaranteeing each has the appropriate items for training and matches.
• Oversee printing and preparation of match, training and staff kits, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Pack and organise kit for home and away fixtures, tours and special events.
• Maintain accurate stock inventory and update the database regularly.
• Assist the PDP Kit Coordinator with processing kit orders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a youth development or elite sport environment.
• Valid UK driving licence and ability to travel to various locations.
• Strong organisational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast‑paced setting.
• Collaborative, enthusiastic team player with a competitive work ethic.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Teamworks software.
