About the role

The Security and Prevention Agent is responsible for safeguarding the Trust Complex Buildings and ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. This full‑time position involves patrolling the premises, monitoring security systems, and responding to emergencies with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and assist guests with room access.
• Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarm, duress alarms, and fire life‑safety systems.
• Lock property entrances when required and conduct daily hazard inspections.
• Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR, and contact emergency services as needed.
• Assist guests and employees during emergency situations and defuse disturbances.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and daily shift summaries.
• Escort unwelcome persons and report vehicle accidents or thefts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all security and loss‑prevention documents.
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview relevant parties.
• Follow company policies, complete safety training, and uphold a professional appearance.

Required profile

• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 50 lb unaided.
• Willingness to obtain any required licensing or certifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to read and verify information in various formats.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
• Professional demeanor with clear communication skills.
