AI-First Product Designer

About the role

Storm Ideas is looking for a remote AI‑First Product Designer to join its design team. You will work on high‑visibility entertainment products for US TV and entertainment clients, turning ambiguous briefs into usable, polished UI solutions while leveraging AI‑driven workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product improvements, from problem framing to accepted design and handoff.
• Collaborate directly with clients and internal stakeholders, translating feedback into design decisions.
• Create flows, interactive prototypes, and high‑fidelity UI that are ready for development.
• Iterate rapidly using AI agents and tools such as Figma MCP, Cursor, and Claude Code.
• Maintain design quality without delivering static files that are left unattended.

Required profile

• Hands‑on UI/UX product designer comfortable with both strategic questioning and detailed interface creation.
• Proactive communicator who can uncover underlying client needs and anticipate future requirements.
• Enthusiastic about working in an AI‑native environment from day one.

Required skills

• Figma (including MCP extensions)
• Cursor
• Claude Code or similar AI‑assisted coding tools
