Aide-Opérateur (Temporary)

About the role

Medipharma International is seeking a temporary Aide‑Opérateur to support its pharmaceutical production line in Rahmania, Algiers. The role involves ensuring smooth material flow, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to strict quality and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise the flow of articles and products, including stocking, arranging, and labeling.
• Clean equipment and production workshops according to hygiene protocols.
• Apply hand‑washing, work‑wear, and material‑flow rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures, batch records, and quality documents for all work and cleaning activities.
• Perform in‑process control tests and area cleaning as defined by SOPs.
• Report any deviations or anomalies to the hierarchical supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation and traceability in quality records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Ability to work in a 3‑shift (3*8) schedule.
• Demonstrated integrity and seriousness in performing duties.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations in a production environment.
• Familiarity with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality documentation.
• Basic understanding of in‑process quality control testing.
