Art Director

About the role

Yassir, the leading super‑app in the Maghreb, is looking for an Art Director to shape the visual identity of its products and services across multiple media. You will be responsible for defining and maintaining a cohesive editorial line that supports the brand’s mission of digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define the editorial line and visual identity for Yassir’s artistic projects.
• Maintain and animate the visual identity in line with the graphic charter.
• Make visual choices and ensure technical feasibility within budget constraints.
• Gather proposals, define visual treatments, and evaluate their feasibility.
• Coordinate visual treatments across different media and sections to ensure consistency.
• Monitor production of images, illustrations, computer graphics, and video, placing orders with producers as needed.
• Propose and approve images, shots, drawings, and verify distribution rights.
• Create, enrich, and interpret fixed or animated graphic elements.
• Format text, visual, and multimedia content, ensuring a balanced association of text and images.
• Ensure deadlines are met and maintain complementarity between media outputs.

Required profile

• Diploma or training in audiovisual and/or graphic design.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within a communication agency, studio, or production company.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good general and popular culture knowledge.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and proactivity.
