Art Director – Visual Identity & Creative Lead

About the role

Yassir is looking for an experienced Art Director to shape the visual identity of its products and services across multiple platforms. The role involves leading the creative direction, ensuring consistency, and delivering high‑impact visual solutions that align with the company’s brand and market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the editorial line and visual identity for Yassir’s projects.
• Apply the graphic charter and make visual decisions across print, digital, video and other media.
• Coordinate with photographers, illustrators, video producers and sound creators to source and approve assets.
• Ensure technical feasibility and budget compliance for all visual treatments.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Monitor trends in image production and incorporate innovative visual techniques.

Required profile

• Diploma or training in audiovisual or graphic design.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a communication agency, studio or production company.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, capable of handling several projects at once.
• Good general and popular culture knowledge, team spirit, autonomy and proactivity.
