Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

The Assistant Outlet Manager supports the daily supervision of restaurant and bar operations, helping to ensure smooth service during peak periods. This role works closely with the Restaurant Manager and Chef to maintain high standards of food quality, sanitation, and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily supervision of restaurant operations, including opening and closing shifts.
• Support menu planning and uphold sanitation standards across all service areas.
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and coordinate training initiatives.
• Communicate with chefs and managers regarding food quality, service levels, and supply needs.
• Ensure compliance with local alcohol service regulations and internal restaurant policies.
• Manage budgeting goals, control costs, and strive to exceed financial targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, address guest feedback, and resolve complaints.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 4 years of food‑and‑beverage experience, or a 2‑year degree in hospitality‑related field with 2 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, sanitation, and service standards.
• Ability to supervise staff, resolve guest issues, and maintain budgetary targets.
