Bilingual French‑English Customer Support Consultant – Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Consultant to join its global, remote team. You will provide first‑line assistance to clients using a variety of SaaS, software and hardware solutions, ensuring a smooth experience across multiple languages.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound tickets via phone and email, investigate issues and follow up promptly.
• Perform first‑level troubleshooting and escalate complex cases to specialists.
• Guide customers through software workflows, settings and configuration screens using documented procedures.
• Assist with accounting‑related queries and common software workflows.
• Collaborate with internal developers and cross‑functional teams on escalated cases.
• Maintain accurate ticket records and contribute to knowledge‑base updates.
• Stay current with product updates, tools and security best practices.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with C1‑level English (spoken and written).
• Experience in a customer‑facing support role, preferably B2B or software.
• Structured, process‑oriented approach to troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn complex software quickly and work independently.
• Reliable PC (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).

Required skills

• Experience with ERP/accounting platforms such as Exact Globe, Exact Online, SAP or Odoo.
• Remote‑desktop tools: Splashtop, TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Basic SQL or database awareness.
• Knowledge of Peppol or electronic invoicing standards.
