Branch Manager – Oran

About the role

ECU Worldwide, a global leader in LCL consolidation, is seeking a Branch Manager for its Oran office. You will drive commercial growth and oversee daily freight forwarding operations, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share.
• Generate new customers, maintain existing relationships, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Achieve sales and gross profit targets.
• Supervise import and export operations across Ocean Freight, Air Freight, and Inland Transportation.
• Monitor operational performance, service quality, and resolve shipment issues.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and local regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Commercial roles.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and profit targets.
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation abilities.
• Experience managing and coordinating branch operations in freight forwarding.
