Cash Management Analyst

About the role

The Cash Management Analyst will ensure efficient handling of the company's treasury operations. This includes supervising cash flows, executing local and foreign payments, and optimizing liquidity across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process payment requests to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Download payment calendars per campaign using SAP and prepare payment proposals via Connexis.
• Record payments and match them with corresponding liabilities for accurate accounting.
• Verify receipt of direct‑sale collections on bank accounts.
• Process and deposit checks from indirect sales using the Scan‑Chèque tool.
• Identify collection incidents and communicate them internally.
• Determine bank‑account sweep needs to optimize cash positioning.
• Maintain relationships with banking partners and manage international financial transactions.
• Support liquidity optimization and cash‑management reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Master 2, Ingéniorat, Bac + 5) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or payments.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations and international transaction processing.
