Client Service Specialist – Disability Tax Credit

About the role

Join Trust Disability Solutions as a Client Service Specialist and become the primary point of contact for Canadians applying for the Disability Tax Credit (DTC). You will guide clients through every step of the application, ensuring accurate information collection and smooth communication.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate daily with clients via phone and email to gather required information and provide status updates.
• Assess client eligibility for the DTC based on medical documentation.
• Draft and send correspondence to clients and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients and medical practitioners to obtain missing documentation.
• Maintain client records and track progress using a CRM system.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in client service or account management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (French a plus).
• Professional phone presence and a client‑focused attitude.
• Experience working with Canadian clients is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically Salesforce.
