CNC Machinist – Precision Manufacturing for Construction

About the role

AB DECOR is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join its on‑site workshop in Tadjenanet. The successful candidate will operate and monitor CNC equipment to produce high‑precision components for construction and decorative projects, ensuring strict adherence to technical specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, run, and adjust CNC machines according to technical drawings and blueprints.
• Select appropriate tools and materials, and optimise machining parameters for accuracy and efficiency.
• Inspect finished parts using measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
• Perform routine maintenance and document production activities.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining safety standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in CNC machine operation, machining, and milling.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of quality‑control procedures and measurement tools.
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and timely delivery of work.
• Relevant technical training or certification in CNC machining, mechanical engineering, or a related field is a plus.
