Commercial Terrain – Oran

About the role

We are a well‑known industrial company seeking a motivated Field Sales Representative to strengthen our sales force in the Oran region. You will be the primary point of contact with customers, ensuring our products are visible and available in retail outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, building long‑term trusted relationships.
• Ensure optimal product visibility and placement within points of sale.
• Monitor stock levels and guarantee continuous product availability.
• Execute promotional and commercial actions according to company guidelines.
• Install and manage merchandising and communication materials provided by the company.
• Collect market, competitor and consumer trend information and report it to management.
• Keep customer data accurate and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• University degree in Commerce, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of successful experience in a commercial role, preferably in fast‑moving consumer goods.
• Strong negotiation, sales and merchandising knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Dynamic, autonomous, results‑driven and able to work in a performance‑focused environment.
• Valid driver’s licence.
