About the role
The Group CHAREDDIB is seeking a Conducteur de travaux to lead construction projects in Constantine. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of works on site, ensuring that projects meet quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and monitor the execution of construction works on site.
- Supervise internal teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate material and equipment supply.
- Produce regular progress reports on the advancement of the project.
Required profile
- Ability to work in a team and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction standards and plan reading.
- Project management and technical coordination skills.
- Degree in architecture, civil engineering, or building construction.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Residency in Constantine.
