About the role

We are looking for a Senior Functional Solutions Consultant to lead business transformation initiatives using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, implement, and optimise CRM solutions that deliver measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements and analyse business processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions and create functional specifications.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights, and optionally Field Service.
• Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, data migration and custom development.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders, facilitate executive workshops and guide CRM roadmap.
• Lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants and support project planning and risk management.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI) to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop training materials, conduct UAT sessions and support change management.

Required profile

• 6 to 10+ years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to design functional architecture and produce clear documentation.
