Content Creator – Hotel & Conference Center

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Creator to join our team at Park Mall Hotel & Conference Center in Setif. You will be responsible for planning, producing and publishing engaging visual and written content that highlights our rooms, conference facilities, events and guest experiences across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Generate fresh content ideas and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.
• Write copy for social media, website pages, email newsletters and promotional materials.
• Capture or coordinate photo and video assets on‑site, ensuring they reflect the brand’s visual identity.
• Edit images and short videos using tools such as Canva and basic video‑editing software.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, events and front‑office teams to support integrated campaigns.
• Track content performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.

Required profile

• Strong writing and storytelling abilities tailored to hospitality and events.
• Experience creating digital content for social media, websites and email campaigns.
• Ability to work on‑site around guests and events while maintaining a professional presence.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in spelling, grammar and brand tone.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva for graphic creation.
• Basic video editing software knowledge.
• Competence in smartphone and camera photography/video capture.
