Customer Service Agent (Remote)

About the role

ClickDz.Pro is looking for a full‑time Remote Customer Service Agent to join its support team. You will be the first point of contact for customers using the company’s e‑commerce platform, digital products, and web‑development services, helping them resolve issues and get the most out of the solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone with accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot basic technical and account issues and guide users through platform features.
• Escalate complex cases to specialized teams while maintaining detailed interaction records.
• Follow established support procedures and contribute feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and technical teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer‑facing roles such as Customer Service Representative.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills; Arabic or French is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional remote workspace.
• High level of empathy, problem‑solving attitude, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
