Customer Support Consultant – Bilingual (French/English), Part‑time Remote

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global team. You will work remotely during evening and night shifts, assisting users of various SaaS, software, and hardware products in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and phone, providing clear and helpful solutions.
• Handle inbound requests during scheduled night‑shift windows.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, especially charger‑related problems.
• Process refund requests and guide customers through the required steps.
• Document interactions accurately and follow established support procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support handling chats, emails and calls.
• Availability for 6‑hour night‑shift schedules on a part‑time basis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
