Customer Support Consultant – Part‑time Remote (French & English)

About the role

SupportYourApp is looking for a bilingual Customer Support Consultant to join its global team on a part‑time, remote basis. You will work evening and night shifts, providing assistance to customers in English and French across chat, email and phone channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via chat, email and phone during scheduled night shifts.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues related to chargers.
• Process refund requests and guide customers through the required steps.
• Document interactions accurately and follow established support procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French (C1 level, spoken and written).
• Previous experience in customer support handling chats, emails and calls.
• Availability for 6‑hour night‑shift schedules on a part‑time basis.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
• Reliable computer (minimum 8 GB RAM) and stable internet connection (≥50 Mbps download, ≥40 Mbps upload).
