Digital Marketing & Operations Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Operations Manager will lead end‑to‑end digital campaigns and drive operational efficiency for client projects. Based in Algiers, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with creative, account and technical teams to ensure strategies, content and media execution meet client objectives and brand positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee marketing performance and operational workflows across multiple client projects.
• Design, launch and optimise marketing funnels, automation journeys and nurturing flows.
• Supervise campaign planning, media buying and performance optimisation on platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Google.
• Build dashboards, analyse performance data and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Coordinate internal timelines, budgets and resources to maintain high‑quality delivery standards.
• Refine processes for scalability and support the growth of Spiros’ service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing operations and operations management, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build dashboards and generate insights.
• Hands‑on expertise with marketing automation tools and multi‑channel campaign execution.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management and communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field; advanced digital marketing certifications are a plus.
