Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Transsion Algeria is looking for two Digital Marketing Specialists to strengthen TECNO’s online presence in Algeria. You will plan, launch and optimise data‑driven campaigns that boost audience engagement and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and optimise digital campaigns across social media, search, display and video platforms.
• Coordinate the publication of engaging content on all social channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Monitor performance with analytics tools, generate regular reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Maintain website and digital assets, keeping them up‑to‑date with brand standards.
• Track market trends, competitor activity and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management or online advertising.
• Proven ability to manage campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with good command of English.
• Experience in the mobile, consumer electronics or technology sector is a plus.
