District Sales Representative – Algeria

About the role

Join Nalco Water, a leader in water technology, as a District Sales Representative III based in Algiers. You will drive revenue and profit growth by building strong relationships with existing customers and converting strategic accounts across the light‑industry sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and execute sales plans for existing and competitively‑held accounts to meet profit targets.
• Work closely with customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous‑improvement and innovation plans.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including plant and facility executives.
• Provide technical support, identify and resolve challenges, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Perform system analysis, interpret data, and deliver written recommendations to optimize customer operations.
• Actively sell and support Nalco Water innovations and technologies.
• Travel 20‑50% overnight across Algeria to serve the territory.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Consultative sales approach with strong account leadership.
• Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
