District Sales Representative – Algeria

About the role

We are looking for a District Sales Representative to drive revenue and profit growth across our Light Industry customer base in Algeria. You will act as the primary contact for plant leaders, delivering technical solutions and promoting Nalco Water’s innovative water‑treatment technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead revenue and profit growth for Food & Beverage, Institutional, Pharma, Manufacturing and Transportation customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with plant leaders and key decision‑makers.
• Execute system assurance programs and develop continuous‑improvement plans.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot operational issues and propose data‑driven solutions.
• Promote Nalco Water innovations and technologies to strengthen long‑term partnerships.
• Manage the entire Algerian territory, based out of Oran.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or life‑sciences degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in technical or field sales.
• Valid driver’s licence with an acceptable driving record.
• Immigration sponsorship not available.

Required skills

• Knowledge of water‑treatment processes and specialty chemicals.
• Familiarity with boilers, cooling towers, wastewater systems or paper‑industry operations.
