Driver Marketing Manager – MENA Region

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Driver Marketing Manager to lead driver growth initiatives across the MENA region, initially focusing on Egypt, Morocco, and Algeria. You will be the "boots on the ground" executing localized campaigns that attract, engage, and retain drivers while collaborating closely with regional teams and headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute driver marketing campaigns aligned with regional GTM strategy.
• Monitor KPIs such as new driver acquisition cost, active driver rates, and retention.
• Manage omni‑channel communications including CRM (push/SMS), social media, and local driver communities.
• Coordinate offline activations, driver events, and logistics to ensure brand consistency.
• Serve as liaison between local markets and HQ, adapting global guidelines for MENA.
• Conduct market research, surveys, focus groups, and competitor analysis.
• Source and manage local vendors (print shops, event agencies) for cost‑effective execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in ride‑hailing, startup, or gig‑economy environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to track and interpret campaign data.
• Deep understanding of MENA cultural nuances and driver behavior.
• Excellent presentation skills and confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
• Fluent in Arabic and/or French; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
