Early Career Talent – Pharmacy Graduate Development Program

About the role

AbbVie is offering a 12‑month Early Career Talent program in Algeria for final‑year pharmacy students. The program provides hands‑on exposure to the business, mentorship and participation in strategic projects across key functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day business activities and strategic initiatives within assigned functions.
• Conduct research, data analysis and reporting to aid decision‑making.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, presentations and other business tools.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver project deliverables.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and contribute innovative ideas.

Required profile

• Final‑year pharmacy university student expected to graduate within 12 months.
• Strong academic performance with demonstrated leadership potential.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• High learning agility, intellectual curiosity and ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
