Électromécanicien – Maintenance industrielle

About the role

The company is a leading player in the agro‑food industry, specialized in grain processing. It seeks an experienced field electromechanic to ensure the reliability and performance of its automated production lines.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on packaging lines, mills, presses, dryers and conditioning equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults quickly to minimise production downtime.
• Replace, adjust and realign defective components according to the maintenance plan.
• Participate in equipment upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projects.
• Document all interventions in the maintenance management system (GMAO).
• Comply with ISO 22000 hygiene standards, HSE safety procedures and internal regulations.

Required profile

• Technical diploma (TS, BTS, DUT) in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of hands‑on experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a continuous agro‑food environment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and work on control panels, variable‑speed drives and PLCs.
• Strong knowledge of industrial mechanics (gears, bearings, reducers, pumps, conveyors, pneumatics).
