Expert storytelling bilingue FR‑AR – rédacteur / copywriter

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑Arabic storytelling and copywriting expert to join the communication team of an EU‑funded project supporting the visibility and public diplomacy of the European Union in Morocco. The specialist will create compelling narratives and editorial content in both languages to enhance the EU‑Morocco partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and write storytelling pieces, articles, success stories and other editorial materials in French and Arabic (including Moroccan Darija).
• Support the strategic communication plan by producing copy for press releases, social media, newsletters and website content.
• Collaborate with project managers and external partners to ensure messages are aligned with EU diplomatic objectives.
• Adapt content for different audiences and channels while maintaining brand consistency.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum BAC+3) in communication, journalism, languages, translation or related field – or at least 6 years relevant experience if the degree is not held.
• Fluent in French and Arabic; knowledge of Moroccan Darija and English is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years professional experience in editorial writing, institutional communication, copywriting or storytelling in French and Arabic.
• At least 1 year of specific experience drafting articles and success‑story content for international projects.
