Factory Manager

About the role

Join our dynamic team as a Factory Manager to lead the manufacturing organization, covering production, filling, process, quality control, production planning and raw‑material warehouse. You will drive operational efficiency, uphold delivery standards and ensure HSEQ compliance in line with Jotun’s values and corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure HSEQ compliance by implementing procedures aligned with local laws, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, the Jotun Operations System and the Jotun HSEQ Management system.
• Set core KPIs, monitor performance, and initiate corrective actions to keep operations efficient, within budget and meeting customer expectations.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives using the Jotun Operations System and track progress through agreed KPIs.
• Participate in operations management meetings to coordinate activities and improvement projects.
• Collaborate with Planning and Purchasing to maintain adequate raw‑material and packaging stock levels for On‑Time‑In‑Full delivery.
• Oversee product quality and ensure batch QC tests comply with established guidelines.

Required profile

• Engineering or Chemical university degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in production or process management.
• Solid experience in the manufacturing process from raw material to finished goods.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Familiarity with the Jotun Operations System.
• Understanding of HSEQ Management systems.
