Finance Manager – Maghreb

About the role

The Finance Manager for the Maghreb region will coordinate forecasts and budgets, lead month‑end and quarter‑end closings, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and consolidate budgets, latest estimates and variance analysis.
• Facilitate business planning, decision‑making and deliver financial analysis.
• Lead monthly and quarterly closing processes, reviewing sales and OPEX accruals.
• Monitor actual and forecasted costs and revenues on a regular basis.
• Support long‑term planning activities and prepare reports for the parent company.
• Implement controls for the source‑to‑pay (S2P) process and oversee internal and external audits.
• Ensure collection, consolidation and reliability of data from all departments.
• Lead finance and accounting projects locally and contribute to international initiatives.
• Provide decision support to business units, project teams and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, budgeting or planning within an international environment.
• Proven experience in leading finance teams or projects.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem‑solving skills.
