Financial Compliance Senior Manager

About the role

The Financial Compliance Senior Manager reports directly to the CFO and provides independent oversight of financial controls, compliance with group and local requirements, and the quality of finance governance. The role partners with finance leadership to identify, mitigate, and transparently escalate key financial risks.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the Finance ICOFR framework and annual control activities, monitor effectiveness of key financial controls and remediate gaps.
• Identify emerging financial compliance risks, support finance management in interpreting new regulations, and maintain visibility of compliance obligations and deadlines.
• Act as the primary Finance coordinator for internal and external audit activities, track audit issues and drive remediation.
• Provide finance input on new initiatives, assess control implications of changes in billing, revenue, CAPEX, procurement and systems, and ensure controls are embedded before implementation.
• Prepare concise reports for the CFO and Audit & Risk Committee, highlighting significant deficiencies, overdue actions and emerging risks, and escalate material issues promptly.

Required profile

• 10 to 15 years of experience in financial audit, internal control, or related fields.
• University degree (Master’s level) in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, Business Administration or a related discipline.
